What we decided
Say "one procedure," never "one case." "Case" sounds like a lawsuit. Dawn raised it on September 21st, and we confirmed it again.

Each call says yes to next week's posts only. Posts further out get shown, not approved, so Dawn isn't buried in approvals.

Film new video head on, like an interview. The Texas House camera angle doesn't show David at his best. New clips should look like a camera crew came in.

Comment replies go to Dawn first. Gwen texts Dawn the first two or three comments with the post. Dawn's answers set the voice for the rest.

Anything that looks like a lead goes to Tim. A broker, TPA or benefits group who comments or writes in. Tim gets copied and reaches out himself.
